Job summary:

As Customer Success Manager you are at the center of Inex One. Your job is to help our users get a fantastic user experience. With a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, you’ll work closely with the world’s leading investment funds, strategy consulting firms, hedge funds and blue-chip corporations, making sure that they are satisfied and get the most out of the platform. 

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with Inex One’s clients and suppliers (expert networks)
  • Develop an understanding of typical business challenges faced by clients and suppliers
  • Grow accounts by expanding usage within organizations, ensure that all users get good benefit from the platform
  • Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, growth opportunities and design plans for developing helpful tools
  • Work closely with the technical, product and sales teams to continue to improve user experience


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Holds a Bachelor or Master's degree
  • Experienced within Customer Success or Account Management
  • Have a high energy level, social and outgoing, enjoy meeting new people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialog
  • Comfortable adapting to new opportunities and change, and like taking initiative and drive projects
  • Creative problem-solver
  • Have full professional proficiency in English, other languages are a plus
  • Experience from an expert network is a plus
